AMOTIV ANNOUNCES CHAIR SUCCESSION

Amotiv has revealed a key leadership transition

Amotiv Limited has announced the upcoming retirement of Graeme Billings as Chair and appointment of James Fazzino as Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair-elect under its Board renewal process.
James will commence as a non-executive Director of Amotiv from 1 August 2025 and as Graeme Billings’ successor as Chair of the Board, following the AGM when the current Chair retires.
James is a highly experienced Chair and non-executive Director. He is a director of APA Group (ASX:APA) and Qube Holdings Ltd (ASX:QUB) and the Chair of Rabobank Australia Limited and Manufacturing Australia.
He is also a Champion of Change and his executive career included eight and a half years as Managing Director and CEO of Incitec Pivot Limited.
“James will add significant value to the Amotiv Board, leveraging his significant skills as a Chair and as a proponent of growth and transformation in the manufacturing sector, for the benefit of Amotiv,” Graeme Billings said.
“I have enjoyed immensely being a part of Amotiv during my time on the Board and look forward to supporting James as he transitions into his role as Chair of the Board”.
James brings strong experience as a CFO and has been appointed following an extensive search process and with the unanimous support of the Board.
“We are very excited to commence our next phase of growth with James Fazzino at the helm following the AGM, knowing that he will help us achieve our plans to deliver value for customers and shareholders alike,” Amotiv Limited Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Graeme Whickman, said.
“There is no doubt that Graeme’s dedicated leadership and his practical, supportive approach will be missed. His contribution has been substantial, with the Amotiv Group almost doubling in size and having transformed into an automotive ’pure play’ during his tenure.
“Under Graeme’s leadership we have significantly increased our manufacturing footprint, increased the global reach of our sales and commenced the next phase of our growth as a Unified group of businesses. Graeme has provided dedicated leadership and his practical, supportive approach to Amotiv and its Board for many years and his contribution is much appreciated.
“I know that we will continue to benefit from Graeme’s longstanding contribution into the future”.
Amotiv Limited (formerly GUD Holdings Limited) has expanded and diversified through strategic acquisitions and continuous innovation, and today, as a pure-play automotive company, boasts more than 1,900 team members, 40 global locations, 16 manufacturing sites, and three divisions, offering over 50 market-leading brands.
