MSA 4X4 GVM INDICATOR PLATES

MSA 4×4 says the launch of these plates delivers compliance, convenience, and style in one

MSA 4×4 says it is proud to unveil its latest innovation, the GVM Indicator Plates, designed to make upgrading your vehicle easier and safer than ever before.
“As 4WD enthusiasts, we know how crucial it is to safely carry all your gear while staying within your vehicle’s weight limits,” MSA 4×4 Founder, Shane Miles, said.
“But what happens when you need to exceed those limits?
“Enter the GVM upgrade.”
When your vehicle’s Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM) surpasses 3500kg, it becomes classified as an NB1 vehicle, which means you must adhere to specific regulations including the installation of a Category 6 side indicator.
Traditionally, this process has involved drilling into your vehicle to fit the required indicators, which many owners dread.
But MSA 4×4 says it has created a solution that removes this hassle entirely.
“Our new GVM Indicator Plates are a no-drill, quick-fit solution that bolt on easily underneath your existing MSA 4X4 towing mirrors,” Shane said.
“These plates position your Category 6 indicator precisely where it needs to be, within 1800mm from the front of the vehicle.
“No drilling, no hassle, just straightforward compliance that ensures your vehicle remains legal and safe.”
Not only are these plates functional, they also look great, says Shane.
“Designed to blend seamlessly with your vehicle’s aesthetics, you can even color code them to match your car’s exterior,” Shane said.
“Plus, the recessed wiring and plug-and-play connection make installation a breeze.
“All indicators are ECE approved and come with a component number on the lens, ensuring everything is in order for the engineer’s paperwork.”
Coming soon for the Toyota Prado 250, LC300, and Ford Ranger, the MSA 4X4 GVM Indicator Plates are said to be an ideal upgrade for anyone looking to stay compliant without sacrificing style or ease of use.
MSA 4×4 has been awarded more than 20 patents within Australia and internationally, with many more innovative products under patent application.
