TOPDON DEBUTS AT AAAEXPO

The brand’s latest diagnostic, battery, and thermal imaging technologies captured attention

As it made its debut at the 2026 Australian Auto Aftermarket Expo (AAAExpo), TopDon showcased its latest innovations to the automotive aftermarket for the first time in the Australian region.
Three core product series were presented, covering intelligent diagnostic systems, high-performance battery and power solutions, and advanced thermal imaging technology designed to deliver faster insights, higher efficiency, and greater reliability for modern workshops.
Positioned as the highlight of TopDon’s booth, the ONE Series represents a new generation of intelligent diagnostic solutions, with TopDon stating its ONE Plus and ONE Pro embody this vision through two distinct yet complementary approaches.
The ONE Plus delivers robust professional diagnostics with a 10.1-inch interface, enabling four-system ECU programming for BMW and VAG vehicles, alongside coding and customization across multiple brands.
The ONE Pro takes a step further with a 12-inch display and a redefined operating logic that reduces repetitive vehicle data loading, enabling faster transitions between multi-function diagnostic scenarios.
The company explains the ONE Pro supports full-system ECU programming and coding functions, while offering strong expandability through compatibility with external devices such as battery tester, endoscope and other workshop devices.
TopDon also highlighted TopFix, the company’s latest intelligent diagnostic assistant powered by AI technology.
In addition to the ONE Plus and ONE Pro, TopFix has also been introduced across the CarPal and TopScan mobile scanners, bringing intelligent repair support to more users.
From fault code interpretation and repair guidance to wiring diagram access, TopDon says TopFix AI delivers faster and more accurate troubleshooting.
Expanding beyond passenger vehicle diagnostics, TopDon also introduced the ONE Moto, a dedicated solution for motorcycles, jet skis, and marine craft.
Covering more than 100 motorcycle brands and supported by a comprehensive set of adapters, it ensures strong adaptability for multi-vehicle workshops.
TopDon also showcased its battery and thermal imaging lineup, reinforcing its focus on complete workshop solutions.
It explains that the V4000 HD jump starter offers reliable 12V and 24V vehicle support for a wide range of automotive and heavy-duty applications, built around a robust LiFePOâ‚„ power system for stable performance.
Further, the TC004 thermal inspection tool is said to provide fast, practical thermal analysis with a 3.5-inch display and TISR-enhanced imaging, while integrated WiFi connectivity enhances work efficiency in electrical, mechanical, and building inspection environments.
