R&J Batteries is Australia’s largest distributor of Fuchs Lubricants

R&J Batteries says it was proud to choose Fuchs as its lubricants partner thanks to Fuchs’ reputation for manufacturing high quality lubricants which has remained unchanged for almost 90 years.
R&J Batteries, a trusted name in batteries and lubricants for more than 20 years, says that since partnering together, the two companies have developed a strong relationship which provides an unrivalled and personalised focus to customers.
The Fuchs range of lubricants is stocked in each of R&J Batteries’ twenty company owned stores Australia-wide with the program offering coverage across a variety of categories, including automotive, industrial, greases and special application lubricants.
Amongst the product line-up is the “game changing” Fuchs Titan GT1 Flex 23 SAE 5W-30, a premium engine oil for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles.
This new product replaces Fuchs’ Titan GT1 Proflex SAE 5W-30 in response to the accelerated demand of OEM vehicle manufacturers for higher performance, improved fuel economy and lower emissions.

Titan GT1 Flex 23 also combines European ACEA C2 and C3 with corresponding global approvals to potentially offer coverage for over three million vehicles across the Australian and New Zealand Car Parc.
Featuring German technology, but proudly Australian made, R&J Batteries explains that Fuchs’ new TITAN GT1 Flex 23 can not only potentially reduce oil needs but also fuel consumption compared to conventional ACEA C3 products of the same viscosity.
Furthermore, TITAN GT1 FLEX 23 is also said to be advantageous for modern downsizing engines as well as vehicles with stop-start and exhaust gas after treatment systems (ie. catalyst or particulate filters).
And while the ‘23’ in TITAN GT1 FLEX 23 refers to its unique ability to combine ACEA C2 and C3 in one product, the ‘Flex’ refers to its multiple global approvals.
