New standard replacement style kits and six new actuators have been introduced

ClutchPro continues to add to its already comprehensive range of Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) clutch kits and components with the introduction of several new replacement kits and actuation components.
The new additions include standard replacement style kits to suit Audi A3, S3, Q3 and Volkswagen Golf MK7 models as well as six new actuators for various Hyundai models.
ClutchPro is a part of Australian Clutch Services (ACS) and is focused on standard replacement style kits for passenger car and light commercial applications as well as medium to heavy commercial applications through the ClutchPro Commercial brand.
Offering high quality through in-house testing and development along with an exceptional range of clutch kits and replacement hydraulics, ClutchPro says it offers a total clutch solution for the trade.
The ClutchPro range is available through ACS’ nationwide distribution network and includes replacement kits, dual-mass flywheels, hydraulics, clutch cables, accessories and tools.
Over the past several years, ClutchPro has developed a clutch program for DCT applications due to the increasing demand for these components in the Australian market.
“Dual Clutch Transmission technology is becoming more commonplace in the Australian automotive aftermarket,” ACS Business Development Manager, Colin Jevons, said.
“We have been working to cover as many of these applications as possible whilst also incorporating repair kits, actuators, flywheels and specialist tools to support our distribution network and workshops around the country.”
The new additions add to an already comprehensive range including over 20 different clutch kits to suit an extensive range of makes and models.
ClutchPro stocks both wet and dry style DCT kits and include shims for setup and replacement bearings where required.
“Our current offering covers the vast majority of applications fitted with DCT transmissions,” Colin said.
“Many of these kits will suit several makes and models and it is important to understand the differences between different applications as they often change between build dates.”
ACS also offers a tool hire program for the specialist tools required for these applications. The tool hire program is available with the purchase of an applicable clutch kit through an ACS distributor.
“The implementation of our tool hire program as well as the expansion of our range of kits and components to the aftermarket are making DCT clutch replacements more accessible to workshops around the country than ever before,” Colin said.
“We have also developed a range of DCT technical videos to help support workshops looking to take these jobs on and will continue to provide technical support through our experienced sales and technical support team here in Adelaide.”
