With move into Alice Springs
CoolDrive’s national footprint of branches continues to expand, with the opening of the brand’s 33rd store.
Joining the expanded Darwin branch, which opened in 2017, CoolDrive says the new Alice Springs outlet ensures comprehensive coverage for the entire Northern Territory. CoolDrive is represented in all states and territories, and also has three branches in New Zealand.
Australian family owned and operated, CoolDrive’s presence in the Northern Territory services some very specific requirements demanded by the local area, such as heavy duty and 4WD.
“Our growth and expansion in the NT is all a part of our long term strategy; we’re not being reactive with current circumstances, but staying on our own path as much as possible,” CoolDrive Auto Parts Chief Executive Officer, John Blanchard, said.
“The Northern Territory is unique within Australia for the range of applications serviced, with CoolDrive having developed a very thorough understanding of the local conditions over many years.
“Backed up by our significant warehouse facility in Darwin, as well as our nationwide network, we can now service our customers in Alice Springs and Central Australia better than ever before.”
Set to find favour with locals will be the Hulk 4×4 range, from air, wheel and tyre accessories, to caravan and trailer equipment, cargo management, electrical, lighting, recovery equipment and more, which for the first time will be available in an Alice Springs outlet.
The branch is supervised by Bramwell Bronson, who brings a host of experience to the business with his expansive knowledge at the service of the local auto trade.
