DBA TO SHOWCASE EXTENDED PRODUCT RANGE AT THE 2024 AAAEXPO

The iconic Australian company will be launching its all-new ‘Upgrade Performance’ line of 4WD products, amongst others

As the 2024 AAAExpo approaches, Disc Brakes Australia (DBA) is gearing up to showcase its latest and expanded line of products to the AAAA audience of automotive professionals.
With a commitment to innovation and reliability, DBA says it “remains the trusted name in the automotive world.”
DBA, known for its iconic and reliable brake technologies, is set to unveil its growing product range that caters to a diverse array of segments, including 4WD, performance driving, electric vehicles (EV), and everyday vehicle use.
This expansion underscores DBA’s dedication to meeting the evolving needs of modern drivers across different sectors.
In response to the rising popularity of 4×4 vehicles, DBA will be launching its new ‘Upgrade Performance’ product lines, adding to its already impressive offering of 4WD braking products. The new segment will initially include three new product lines.
Due for imminent launch is a comprehensive range of Steel Braided Hoses, providing an
extra layer of reassurance for those who venture off-road and put additional strain on their vehicles.
Secondly, DBA is addressing the importance of hand brake performance with the unveiling of an Electric Secondary Park Brake upgrade for selected 4WD models.
This upgrade replaces the rear caliper and incorporates the secondary park brake into the system. The comprehensive kit includes switches, ECU, wiring, and, if necessary, trim panels.
DBA says this enhancement is poised to elevate safety and the overall driving experience by ensuring more efficient and reliable hand brake functionality.
The final notable addition to DBA’s product line is the introduction of a Dual Diaphragm Brake Booster for 4WD models known to have underperforming brake booster capabilities.
The booster is aimed at enhancing braking power at reduced pedal effort. It is designed to replace the original part installed on the vehicle and is compatible with the original master cylinder or DBA Street Series master cylinders.
Further 4WD products are expected to be launched to the market later in the year.
In addition to the 4WD segment, DBA is set to showcase its full range of OE-replacement Street Series parts at the expo, including rotors and drums, pads and shoes, calipers, hydraulics, and sensors.
On the other end of the spectrum, the company’s range-topping Performance line of 5000 Series rotors and XP and RP pads caters to the high-performance vehicle segment.
The AAAExpo serves as the perfect platform for DBA to inform its partners and trade customers about the new additions to its product program.
Attendees can expect to witness firsthand the impressive SKU-count across a myriad of braking parts that DBA brings to the table, solidifying its reputation as a leader in braking solutions.
DBA’s presence at this year’s AAAExpo comes at a time where the company invests significantly into its ‘future readiness.’
Having doubled both sales and SKU-count over the past five years and with further expansion on the horizon, DBA has recently increased its capacity in Warehousing, Operations, Product Management, Marketing and Administration.
Later in 2024, to accommodate its ongoing growth, the business will move to a new, state of the art facility in Sydney.
