For 80/105 Landcruiser models

Diff housings with an 1850kg load rating are being produced in a new Hervey Bay Facility.
Like many manufactures of 4WD components in Australia, Dwiz says it has seen a considerable increase in business since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. The rise in demand has led to the opening of a new Dwiz facility in Hervey Bay, Queensland.
Dwiz has added to its inventory recently with a new stock of Super Strong Front housings for 80/105 Landcruiser models.
These housings are very strong with an increased load rating of 1850kgs. They have been manufactured to suit all OEM parts and are a simple bolt on replacement job.
Dwiz says that it has incorporated its patented design of inner tubing as well as blocking to the outer case, which has seen great success in its Rear Track Correction kit. This helps the brand retain a look that is close to factory without compromising ground clearance.
Dwiz manufactures these diff housings from locally sourced components and has also tested the parts in its 4WD hire fleet on Fraser Island over seven years.
The front housing design has a recovery point fabricated into the housing and features thicker bracketry and chrome moly swivel balls.
It is strengthened in key areas, and it is up to 199 percent stronger than standard diff housings; has an increased 1850kg axle load rating; and is SSM and ADR approved.

These diff housings are also coated black in raptor coating and retail for $3950.00 including GST plus shipping.
Other products in the Dwiz portfolio include its Rear Track Correction kit for the VDJ Landcruiser, which includes chrome moly axles, high clearance plates, and an impressive 3020kg load rating.
This product retails for $4400.00 including GST plus shipping.
Dwiz products are Australian designed, manufactured, and tested. Dwiz says if you believe there is a demand for these housings within your local customer network, you can contact Todd at todd@dwizdiffhousings.com.au or call on 0450 256 355 to make an enquiry to become an agent today.
