One of the fastest growing workshop networks in Australia continued to grow and prosper in 2017

The Bosch Car Service network, supported by Bosch, increased in size by another 18 workshops across Australia and New Zealand last year, making it the fourth year of strong growth.
“Bosch’s goal is to ensure we continue to grow with the right type of quality workshops, whilst not affecting the overall service levels to existing workshops in the network,” Bosch Car Service Manager – Oceania, Sam Alexander, said.
“Not only did the network grow, we also achieved above target results in the annual Bosch Car Service workshop (independent) quality audits conducted in 2017.
“The average combined mystery shopper results were also above 80 percent. The quality of our workshops is key to being one of the best networks of independent workshops available to the consumer.”
Bosch says that it knows independent workshops rarely have first-hand information on what is going on in the industry and sometimes lack the resources and connections to keep abreast of latest developments.

Training
The Bosch Car Service eight module automotive aftermarket technical training program is carefully structured and regularly updated to keep your technicians at the forefront of technology.

In addition, Bosch’s dedicated business management training program covers all aspects of business management. In 2017, Bosch increased the number of modules available to the network by adding two more.
The addition of the “Financial Management” and “Health and Safety in the Workplace” modules now make a total of 13 modules readily available. This translates to a true saving of more than $10,000 each for relevant staff and is totally free for all Bosch Car Service members, says Bosch.

With more than 17,000 other independent workshops competing for local business, it’s more important than ever to make a lasting impression.
