Automotive Aftermarket of Schaeffler take visitors into the future at AAAExpo

At the Schaeffler Stand (M10) at the Australian Auto Aftermarket Expo (AAAE) visitors will get a glimpse of the garage of tomorrow.
They can dive deep into the exciting world of vehicle repairs of the future. In line with its digital agenda, which Schaeffler is implementing as part of its future program “Agenda 4 plus One,” the Automotive Aftermarket division will be focusing on digital displays that combine the everyday garage work of the future with virtual knowledge transfer using mixed reality.
Visitors can look forward to the following exciting products:
• The Mixed Reality technology of INA Chain Drive KIT – the Aftermarket specialists will demonstrate how Mixed Reality enables interactive repair instructions with real-time support from experts.
• The INA FEAD KITs are individually tailored to a particular vehicle type and include all the components needed to perform a comprehensive repair.
• The INA Thermal Management Module (TMM) including Water Pump can anticipate and control the cooling requirements of several cooling circuits in proximity to the engine at the same time, depending on operating conditions within the engine. The technology reduces fuel consumption by up to four percent and an equal amount in vehicle emissions.
• Also on display will be the LuK GearBOX for Ford MT82 and the LuK RepSet 2CT for wet double clutches of Volkswagen Group applications.
The REPXPERT online portal for garage professionals will be explained and opportunities will be available to register for access. With just a few clicks the professional mechanic can find everything they need for daily work with REPXPERT covering LuK, INA, FAG and Ruville products at says Schaeffler.
With a view into the garage of tomorrow, the Schaeffler stand is one not to be missed by the garage professional.
