GOING BUSH OR TOWING?

Exedy’s new Exedy Safari Tuff range has been expanded

Exedy says its product range is continuously evolving to meet the needs and increasing demands of its customers.
Exedy says its Product Development team in Australia and Japan have been working hard to expand the Safari Tuff range to cover more of the most popular 4WD applications in the Australian market and the range is now available for Ford Ranger/Mazda BT50, Holden Colorado RG and Mitsubishi Triton.

For Ford Ranger/Mazda BT-50: Safari Tuff FMK-9041ST
Engineered for vehicles with modified ECUs and other performance modifications, Exedy says its new Ford Ranger/Mazda BT-50 Safari Tuff clutch kit FMK-9041ST offers the improved durability and increased torque capacity the Safari Tuff clutches are renowned for.
Designed as a direct replacement for the original self-adjusting clutch system in Ford Ranger/Mazda BT-50 models, Exedy says the new FMK-9041 kit is an exciting new addition to its range which will be available from your nearest distributor in April.
The kit includes a concentric slave cylinder, spigot bearing/bush, alignment tool, high performance clutch cover and high performance clutch disc.

For Holden Colorado RG: Safari Tuff GMK-9005SMFST
Exedy says another exciting addition to its Safari Tuff range to meet the demands of serious off-road driving is the new Exedy GMK-9005SMFST. It is built as a direct replacement for the original dual mass flywheel system in the Holden Colorado.
It has been engineered to provide smooth engagement, optimum durability and enhanced clutch torque capacity and is available now from your nearest Exedy authorised distributor.
The kit includes a concentric slave cylinder, clutch and flywheel bolts, single mass flywheel, spigot bearing/bush, alignment tool, high performance clutch cover and high performance clutch disc.

For Mitsubishi Triton: Safari Tuff MBK-8971SMFST
The new Exedy MBK-8971SMFST clutch kit is another inclusion to Exedy’s extensive performance clutch line-up. Manufactured as a direct replacement for the original dual mass flywheel system, the kit has been purposely designed for towing heavy loads such as caravans, trailers or boats, or for any other situations where the transmission of increased torque through the drivetrain is required.
The new Exedy MBK-8971SMFST (including single mass flywheel) has been engineered to suit Mitsubishi Triton models with the 4N15 turbo diesel engine. Clutch kits will be available in April and include a concentric slave cylinder, high performance clutch cover, high performance clutch disc and single mass flywheel.
