Recovering traction since 1975

Australian company A247 says Go Treads were designed in 1975 around one word – simple.
It stores in small places and can be put into position in a matter of seconds with no tools, no assembly and no attaching to the tyre required. You can even park on top of them for vehicle levellers if you so wish.
Go Treads are made of flexible, high strength, high impact polypropylene copolymer with special additives to give this durable plastic even greater toughness. Yet, with all this strength, it weighs only 2.6 kilograms, and it floats.
The smooth finish of Go Treads reportedly allows the mud and snow to shake off for easy cleaning.
For convenient storage, GoTreads folds to an overall length of twelve inches.
A247 says that compared to other traction devices on the market such as Maxtrax and Tred Pro, GoTreads take up little space and can be kept in any handy location such as under the vehicle’s seat.
GoTreads are made in Kansas in the United States and are guaranteed for life.
How to use:
• Step one: turn off the vehicle and put it in gear. With the tool fully unfolded, lay it out in line with the tyres that are stuck.
• Step two: with the smooth surface of the short section down, push it between the tyre and the rut.
• Step three: once properly positioned, very slowly accelerate. This allows the tyre to pull the GoTreads into the rut.
• Step four: now that the tyre is on a solid gripping surface, you can drive out and to a safe location.
