Griplockties’ temperature and load rating reportedly makes it one of the highest rated ties on the market

RP Motorsport Developments is an approved reseller for the innovative American designed and patented high-quality cable tie brand, Griplockties.
Originally designed to handle high vibration applications, Griplockties reportedly have a rated high tensile load of up to 70lbs/30kg.
They have a unique deep tooth engagement making for easy installation while allowing them to be releasable and re-installed until final positioning; which reduces setup time and also reduces the waste of non-releasable ties.
The custom patented technology DuPont material can handle the heat and pressure of high stress jobs, explains RP Motorsport Developments, which states that the double rubber lining makes it UV heat resistant to temperatures up to 210 degrees F/99 degrees C.
The zip ties are made of black UV protected nylon and are used for automotive and aviation, military and law enforcement equipment, computers and networking equipment and other industries. RP Motorsport Developments says regular customers include Australian race car manufacturer Hyper Racer which uses these ties for their new car builds as well as national aircraft maintenance companies who use the ties during regular service periods.
While standard zip ties can damage wiring and paint, RP Motorsport Developments says Griplockties’ rubber liner insulates the parts to protect from this damage from occurring and additional cushioning material is not required.
Further, due to the “highest quality material” used and the slim and efficient design, they can be re-positioned and have an increased life span over normal cable ties.
Each pack contains 40 or 100 cables ties and two sizes are currently available – 12inch/304.8mm long, 7.5mm wide and 3.20mm thick; and 8.3inch/210mm long, 7.6mm wide, 3.0mm thick.
RP Motorsport Developments says it is competitively priced to international resellers. Individual packets are available for discount on multi-buy options which also saves on freight. The company invites you to visit its website for options.
