Alemlube is a specialist in automotive workshop servicing products, including air conditioning

Throughout Australia, Alemlube Automotive, a division of Alemlube, says it has built a reputation for “excellence in distribution, sales and the total support of all automotive workshop servicing products.”
Alemlube says a very distinct and unique advantage of purchasing its automotive air conditioning service units is the country wide installation, service and support network coupled to real industry-experienced people.
The Alemlube team says it delivers unequalled product service and states that it “certainly offers an industry leading approach” to product knowledge, advice and after sales support.
Four air conditioning rechargers available from Alemlube, the AA1000, AA1500P, AA2000 and AA5000R, provide true cutting edge technology and superb efficiency when it comes to recovery, recycling, evacuating and recharging of R134A refrigerant (AA5000R for use with refrigerant type R1234YF), says Alemlube.
Operating at pressures of up to 363psi (25bar), the AA1000 and AA1500P reportedly produce flow rates of up to 72 L/min, the AA2000 and the AA5000R up to 142 L/min; while Alemlube says low noise operation and operating temperatures ranging from +10ºC to +50ºC ensures reliable performance
The vast majority of all vehicles manufactured today come with air conditioning and climate control systems as standard.
Many drivers experience the benefits of air-con in their vehicle on a hot day, defrosting windows on a cold day and the comfort of climate control. And, just like other parts and systems in the vehicle’s operation, the air-conditioning system also needs regular attention to ensure it continues to work efficiently and effectively.
Actually, it has been found that up to 10 percent of air-con gas permeates from the vehicle’s air-con system every year, which means that it may not work as well as it should. This is why car manufacturers recommend that the air-con system is recharged with gas and lubricant every two years. As we know, this service is not part of a routine vehicle servicing, so if the vehicle is more than two years old Alemlube says it’s probably due for an air-con recharge.
The four units available from Alemlube are said to make the recharge process quite simple, which involves recovering the old refrigerant gas from the air-con system and recycling it before replacing this with the correct amount of new refrigerant and lubricant as per the vehicle manufacturer’s recommendation. A vacuum test is also performed to ensure there are no cracks or damage in the customer’s vehicle air-conditioning system that could cause the gas to leak out.
Alemlube explains that within 30 minutes the whole recharge process is completed, resulting in once again having refreshing cool air on demand. It cautions that air-con systems that are not recharged regularly will be less effective and have to work harder to produce cool air, which puts more strain on the engine and uses more fuel and reduces efficiency.
