Superior Installations and Equipment was founded by Andrew Laughton.
A mechanical engineer by trade with more than
25 years of experience, Andrew says he recognised a niche in the automotive market and so started his family business based on his skills, knowledge, experience and all-round know-how.
Andrew says the resulting Superior Installations and Equipment business provides operators in the automotive industry with superior customer service and reliability, offering a one stop shop for all designs, installations, servicing and repairs for your specific workshop.
“We are supported by a dedicated team with over 30 years’ hands-on experience in the industry with all brands, makes and models of vehicle hoists and equipment in a wide range of automotive workshops, car dealerships and heavy-duty industries,” Andrew said.
Superior Installations and Equipment has locations in Brisbane and Sydney, servicing into the wider regions.
“With our skilled team at Superior Installations and Equipment, we can provide complete workshop fit outs from design using the latest software technology together with our team’s knowledge, to full installations and ongoing maintenance and repairs,” Andrew said.
“Our comprehensive services are supported by our fleet which includes installation trucks specifically fitted with a crane giving us the capability to remove old equipment, install and deliver new equipment and/or relocate existing equipment. Our service vehicles are fully equipped to ensure prompt response times and maximising first time fix.
“All our work is carried out in accordance with Australian Standards 2550.9:1996. Our advanced Service Management System encompassing ‘Maintenance Planner’ ensures your business is in full compliance with Workplace Health and Safety and the Australian Standards by being serviced on time, every time.
“Our system is cloud based, offering customers Portal Access to their asset’s data including servicing results being either pass/fail, job history, open and closed quotes and company site details.
“All service reports are digitalised (so you will never lose that handwritten report again) and stored securely against your asset on the cloud. Our streamlined system allows for barcoding of your asset to uniquely identify each asset allowing for ease of logging all aspects of a job.
