British Motor Imports says it has you covered

British Motor Imports (BMI) says it is the largest importer of “British Leyland” parts and accessories in the Southern Hemisphere.
The list of vehicles it covers includes Land Rover, Jaguar, Mini, Rover, MG, Triumph, Austin and Morris, with this range covering models for Series 1 Land Rover, E-Type Jaguar, and up to current Range Rover and current Jaguar Models.
The company’s new website – www.bmiparts.com.au – demonstrates the range and types of parts and accessories available, which BMI says is expanding every day.
“If you can’t find the part you are looking for, please send an online contact form with what you are after and we will get back to you,” BMI Business Development Manager, Ben Marshall, said.

“Our staff are all experienced and passionate about supplying you with the correct part for your British vehicle. We can ship overnight around Australia and New Zealand using many local and international couriers,” Ben said.
“We list over 45,000 lines, carrying Genuine, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and aftermarket products for many lines.
“OEM includes VDO, Bosch, Borg and Beck, Delphi, TRW, Dayco, ZF, Meyle, Hella, to name a few.
“This means we can supply the appropriate part to any client, from the Land Rover enthusiast who will only use genuine parts, mechanics and people in the trade who know OEM or aftermarket which is the equivalent without paying for the manufacturer’s brand on the box.
“In many cases the genuine part has become No Longer Available (NLA) and OEM or aftermarket is all that is available.
“We endeavour to source from many suppliers and manufacturers who work to the highest standards and who have proven themselves in the industry as reputable suppliers.
“Many man hours go into vetting new suppliers and inspecting facilities to ensure they are up to our high standards and specifications.
“This in turn equates to having long relationships with suppliers and being able to offer warranty of 12 months or 20,000km. In some cases, three-year warranty is available.”
To complement its extensive range of parts and accessories, BMI explains it has introduced the Tool Connection range of tools which includes Laser Tools, Gunson, Connect Consumables and Power Tech brands.
BMI says all of these brands deliver “the highest quality engine timing tools and speciality tools, not just for Land Rover and Jaguar, but all European marques.”
“On the accessories range, Warrior Winches and Recovery brands are by far leading the way. Warrior Winches supply the UK army with their winches and Recovery is leading the way with diagnostics with the LOGIC4, as well as the silicone hoses and 4WD accessories,” Ben said.
