MAMBA ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATED WITH EXTENSIVE MOTORSPORT PROGRAM
MANN-FILTER is expanding its racing program as it celebrates 10 years of the Mamba

After a remarkable 2024 season, MANN-FILTER has confirmed it is continuing its involvement in national and international motorsport, while celebrating a special anniversary at the same time: ten years of the MANN-FILTER Mamba.
With proven partners, top-class drivers, and a clear focus on top performance, the striking MANN-FILTER design will again be seen on race tracks, causing a stir.
MANN-FILTER sponsorship manager Filipina Manou is looking forward to the upcoming season with numerous campaigns.
“We are delighted to be celebrating ten years of MANN-FILTER Mamba together with the teams, partners, and fans who have accompanied us on our journey,” Filipina said.
“Be it at the racetrack, on live TV, on our social media channels, or at our customer fairs, 2025 will continue in the same vein as the past ten years — with VIP support on site, fans and customers in yellow and green, and one or two extra surprises.
“This season promises a lot of action. With Jules Gounon in the DTM and a strong driver line-up in the GTWC, we have the right pilots to celebrate even more success. We’re looking forward to a thrilling season and strong #MAMBAMANIA action!”
In 2024, MANN-FILTER, together with WINWARD Racing, secured two titles, with Maro Engel and Lucas Auer securing the drivers’ titles both in the Sprint Cup and in the overall ranking of GT World Challenge Europe.
With consistently strong performances, thrilling duels, and impressive teamwork, they demonstrated the potential of the Mamba at the highest level.
In the DTM too, the team was impressive with its strong results and gained important experience for the coming season.
MANN-FILTER says the successful cooperation with WINWARD Racing paid off and forms the basis for a promising 2025 season.
In 2025, the MANN-FILTER Mamba will again be on display in the highest league of GT sports, with the team to contest all eight championship races under the name “Mercedes-AMG Team MANN-FILTER.”
The highlight of the season will be the event at the Norisring street circuit in Nuremberg, while the calendar also includes two international races at Zandvoort (Netherlands) and the Red Bull Ring (Austria).
In 2025 MANN-FILTER welcomes newcomer Jules Gounon (30, France) to the team with a warm “Bienvenue” and is looking forward to an exciting season with the 2017 ADAC GT Masters champion, who not only won the 24-hour race at Spa-Francorchamps twice but also stood on the podium at the famous 12-hour race in Bathurst and is a permanent fixture in GT racing.
In the GT World Challenge, the car with the starting number #48 will compete as usual in the popular MANN-FILTER Mamba design.

Last year’s winners Maro Engel (39, Germany) and Lucas Auer (30, Austria) will once again pilot the Mercedes-AMG together in the Sprint Cup, bringing their experience and skills to build on last year’s successes.
Matteo Cairoli (28, Italy) meanwhile will strengthen the team in the Endurance Cup. The Italian is no stranger to the long-distance scene and as a former Porsche and then later Lamborghini factory driver and current pilot in the FIA WEC for Iron Lynx, he brings additional strength and dynamics to the line-up.
Together, MANN-FILTER says they form a powerful trio that is aiming for titles in both sprint and endurance races.
But that is not all for MANN-FILTER: for the third year in a row, the brand will also be present in truck racing – taking part in the FIA European Truck Racing Championship with the Tankpool24 Racing Team and regular driver Steffen Faas fielding a partial MANN-FILTER design.
The 2025 motorsport year is certainly a very special one for MANN-FILTER, with the Mamba celebrating its tenth anniversary.
MANN-FILTER says this not only means thrilling racing action on the track, but also lots of highlights and surprises in the drivers’ camp, on the social media channels, and on the updated MANN-FILTER Motorsport website.
“All fans are cordially invited to visit us on the racetracks of this world and to cheer us on digitally on social media and live on television,” Filipina said.
