NEW AIRBAG MAN KITS HIGHLIGHT ‘GLOCAL’ SCALE

More than 7,000-line items are on offer from Airbag Man

Picture this: products designed in Australia for British-owned, French-manufactured vehicles sent en masse to the USA – Airbag Man says that recently, this has been just a regular day in the office for its team.
Airbag Man says this highlights how seamlessly the ‘local’ is blending with the ‘global’ in today’s automotive world.
Airbag Man’s INEOS Grenadier suspension kits proving popular in North America is just one example of a few recent product releases breaking down international borders.
The American truck trend continues to ride the wave in Asia, with a slew of new Ranger Raptor kits enroute to the Orient.
While the Chinese-manufactured JAC T9 is a relative newcomer down under, orders for the latest leaf assist kit are mounting up in the Middle East.
Closer to home, it probably comes as no surprise that BYD Shark coil helper kits are currently one of the hottest sellers.
Airbag Man Business Development Manager, Ben Brown, said when you sat down to look at the numbers, it was interesting to see all the micro-trends in different regions around the world.
“We have some dealers in the UAE who almost exclusively source full air conversion kits for 200 and 300-series Land Cruisers,” Ben said.
“Then, there’s places like Costa Rica where lots of older-model cars are still in circulation, like Patrols and Hiluxes.
“There’s really no one-size-fits-all when it comes to air suspension, and that’s why we’ve invested so heavily in R&D across such a broad range of makes, models and applications.”

The Brisbane-based company has amassed an impressive range of 1,200-plus vehicle-specific air suspension kits, cementing Airbag Man’s position as a market leader not just locally, but globally.
The company marked its 30-year milestone this year, since it was first established in a suburban garage in 1995.
Outside of the 4WD suspension assist kits Airbag Man is widely known for, the company carries more than 7,000-line items (and growing) including compressors, air tanks, air struts, lift axle valves, and more.
Applications extend as far and wide as industrial and agricultural machinery, recreational and emergency vehicles, mobility, military, transport, rail, and even movie special effects.
