From Aeroflow Performance

Aeroflow Performance says it is proud to introduce its new range of Boosted turbochargers, designed specifically for the enthusiast who wants optimal performance, at a competitive price.
With a large option of inducer and exducer wheel sizes, Aeroflow Performance says it will allow the customer to meet their specific power goals and driving style with a choice of several different turbine inlet and outlet flanges to suit each individual custom vehicle.
The range of Boosted turbochargers utilise billet compressor wheels and reportedly feature the latest aerodynamic design that maximises horsepower and boost response throughout the rev range. The turbine wheel is constructed from Inconel, a Super Alloy that maintains strength during prolonged exposure to extremely high exhaust gas temperatures.
For the budget conscious, 360° journal bearing oil cooled turbochargers are available, along with the popular dual ceramic ball bearing cartridges that are water cooled to prolong the turbo lifespan and improve shaft balance.
All turbochargers are available with a ported shroud compressor cover housing in either a natural cast finish or a hi-temp black finish. Aeroflow Performance explains this cover increases surge resistance and provides reliable, continuous power throughout the engine’s RPM.
To complement this new range of turbochargers, Aeroflow Performance says it also stocks several products to improve the performance and styling of your turbocharged vehicles.
Aeroflow Performance external water cooled wastegates are especially designed to maintain set boost levels to protect your turbo from over boosting. Aeroflow Performance wastegate features include a high temperature silicone nomex reinforced actuator diaphragm and stainless steel actuator spring that delivers consistent boost pressure at high temperatures, Nitronic stainless steel is used for the valve seat which all offer longer product life at extreme temperatures.
The Aeroflow Performance blow off valve is a 50mm high flowing universal blow off valve for use on turbocharged and supercharged applications. The body and all internal components are CNC-machined from 6061 aircraft grade aluminium. This blow off valve is also available in a plumb back option with many different plumb back barb options and block off plug sizes.
To help control the boost levels on your new boosted turbocharger, Aeroflow Performance offers a digital boost controller. The three stages of boost pressure allow you to create your own personal settings and save them while over boost alert is a feature included to help prevent turbo and engine damage.
To stylise your engine bay along with your new Boosted turbocharger, Aeroflow Performance says it has various products from Carbon fibre/Alloy bell mouths, turbo protector screens, turbo blankets and a range of pod filters with carbon fibre tops.
