NEXT-GENERATION WORKSHOP CONCEPT WELCOMES NEW COMMERCIAL VEHICLE BUSINESSES
ZF [pro]Service is designed to support the evolving needs of commercial vehicle workshops

ZF Aftermarket has established ZF [pro]Service, a next-generation workshop concept designed to prepare businesses for future demands to ensure they are well positioned to provide service support to the entire ZF product portfolio.
ZF [pro]Service brings together the former ZF Service Point and WABCO Service Partner programs, creating a unified platform that delivers end-to-end support.
“With ZF [pro]Service, ZF is empowering commercial vehicle workshops to prepare for the future. From a single source, workshops can now have access to the complete ZF range, diagnostics, training, and technical support to enable them to maximise uptime,” ZF Head of Sales CV AM and OE Trailer Oceania, Damon Baffico, said.
Backed by comprehensive technical support and training from ZF, [pro]Service workshop partners are able to access ZF’s class-leading aftermarket product portfolio through ZF’s trusted distribution partners across Australia.
The ZF [pro]Service program includes dedicated service modules for trucks, buses, and trailers, with a focus on WABCO brake systems and ZF driveline technology. It also provides support for a wide range of steering, suspension, shock absorbers, clutches, and brake pads offered under ZF’s premium brands: Lemförder, SACHS, and TRW.
A key feature of ZF [pro]Service is its comprehensive training program, which is available both in-person or online.
“By attending training sessions, our partners will have the best access to ZF technical information and parts, equipping them to service the full ZF product portfolio – a clear competitive advantage in the fleet business,” Damon said.
Another focus for ZF [pro]Service is Marketing Support for its partners, which ranges from exterior modular signage to advertising materials and digital advertising measures such as an entry on the ZF Aftermarket partner finder portal.
Technical support is also provided with ZF [pro]Service partners having direct contact with ZF Aftermarket specialists, access to technical data and repair information, as well as service information from vehicle manufacturers, and support with vehicle diagnostics.
Workshops are also authorised to carry out warranty work on ZF components and ZF also supports its partners with retrofit solutions.
Globally, the ZF [pro]Service network comprises now over 3,300 partners globally and continues to grow. In Australia, over 30 [pro]Service partners are already part of the network.
