During the Repco Supplier Awards function, NGK Spark Plugs Australia was recognised for its stand out performance and given awards in two categories: Excellence in eCatalogue Content and Best Trade Supply Chain Partner.
This is the second year in succession that NGK has received these awards, which it says reflects the reputation it has built over more than 80 years that is synonymous with channel partner engagement and service quality.
“To again be acknowledged in these two key industry areas is certainly a testament to the hard work and dedication of the NGK team,” NGK General Manager of Sales and Marketing, John Wall, said after accepting the award for Excellence in eCatalogue Content.
“Our on-going commitment to Repco’s NavigatorPro system is evident and we consider NavigatorPro one of the leading systems in the industry, that’s why we put so much focus on the program.”
NGK has continued to work side-by-side with the team at Repco to further integrate its system with the NavigatorPro platform.
The results provide workshops with the ability to not only show part numbers in vehicle searches by the workshops, but also stock availability and price. Once the order is placed delivery is completed within the hour.
NGK says securing the award for Best Trade Supply Chain Partner, again for the second year in succession, undoubtedly proves that its team sets the benchmark for service.
“This award recognises the efforts we undertake to drive sales into stores from trade level,” John said.
“It’s an area we consider fundamental to the success of NGK Australia.
“We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality customer service and technical support in the automotive aftermarket.
“We’re not shy about getting into the field, knocking on doors and ensuring our product is available to satisfy this demand that we create at the trade level.”
