NWG BRINGS FULL RANGE TO AAAEXPO

AAAExpo presented a number of valuable opportunities to the ADAS and Windscreen company

For NWG, the Australian Auto Aftermarket Expo (AAAExpo) was a highly successful opportunity to continue leading industry conversations around automotive glass, full ADAS calibration and diagnostics, OEM repair methods, and post-repair safety system verification.
“Our stand attracted strong engagement from across the industry, including the collision repair sector, mechanical repairers, insurance companies, equipment suppliers, technology providers, and both existing and emerging industry participants,” NWG Executive General Manager – ADAS, Rob Mildenhall, said.
“The conversations reflected a clear shift in the market. ADAS is no longer being treated as a future issue or an optional add-on.
“Industry participants are increasingly focused on how calibrations are identified, completed, documented and verified after repair.
“This aligns strongly with NWG’s position as an industry leader in championing OEM repair methods, complete calibration education and safer repair outcomes across Australia, with New Zealand on the horizon.”
A further highlight for NWG was reported as the Thursday panel discussion hosted by Lesley Yates, focused on “ADAS in the real world.”
“The discussion provided an important platform to move the conversation beyond theory and into the practical challenges faced daily by repairers, insurers, suppliers and service providers,” Rob said.
“For NWG, the panel reinforced the message we continue to champion: ADAS calibration is not simply a technical step, but a critical part of safe and complete vehicle repair.”
At AAAExpo, NWG showcased its key service offering, including:
• Automotive glass repair and replacement: supporting customers and trade partners with professional glass services across a wide range of vehicles.
• Full ADAS calibration and diagnostics: providing static and dynamic calibration, camera and radar calibration, pre- and post-repair scanning, coding, module initialisation and diagnostic support.
• Safety system verification through Test Drive CoPilot: delivering a documented post-repair verification process to help confirm that vehicle safety systems are operating as intended before release.
• OEM licensed repair information through ALLDATA: championing the use of the only OEM licensed repair information platform available to the Australian aftermarket, helping repairers and the broader industry better understand why following OEM methods is essential.
One of the highlights of the stand was the dynamic ALLDATA presentation, which attracted significant attention from visitors and created valuable discussions around licensed OEM repair information, correct repair procedures and the importance of building repair decisions on trusted source data.
As Australia’s vehicle parc continues to become more complex, NWG says it remains committed to supporting the industry with automotive glass expertise, full ADAS calibration and diagnostics, Test Drive CoPilot safety system verification, and access to licensed OEM repair information through ALLDATA.
