Permaseal says it is proud to be marking a major milestone in 2025: celebrating 40 years as “Australia’s most trusted and comprehensive source for engine sealing solutions.”
This anniversary also coincides with 40 years of continuous membership with the Australian Automotive Aftermarket Association (AAAA), with Permaseal saying that fact is a testament to its enduring commitment to the industry.
Supporting the first generation of non-retorque engine gaskets, the company says its reputation was built in the engine reconditioning sector and has grown through strong partnerships with mechanical specialists and auto parts resellers.
This achievement is part of the broader 70-year legacy of AA Gaskets, and Permaseal says it extends its heartfelt thanks to the aftermarket professionals and brand advocates who have supported it along the way.
AA Gaskets, the company behind the Permaseal brand, distributes across Australasia with the support of NZ Gaskets, its wholly owned New Zealand subsidiary.
As far back as 1983, archived publications captured the spirit of the business, quoting management saying, “enthusiasm at AA is infectious,” and that same spirit lives on today.
