Precision ride height adjustment made easy

Raw 4×4 says its all-new Nitro Max AR45 delivers one of the most accurate and robust ride height adjustment systems available for today’s 4WD market.
Traditionally, restoring ride height meant replacing the front coil springs with a heavier-rated set.
This process requires removing the complete strut assembly, disassembling it, fitting new coils, and reinstalling the assembly – a job which can take three to four hours of workshop labour and valuable hoist time.
Raw 4×4 says its Nitro Max AR45 eliminates this time-consuming process.
Featuring an innovative cam-adjustment system, the AR45 allows ride height to be accurately adjusted without disassembling the strut.
Each adjustment notch raises the spring seat by 2mm, increasing spring preload and delivering approximately four to five millimetres of lift at the guard, depending on the application.
With five adjustment positions available, the Nitro Max AR45 provides up to 25mm of ride height adjustment, making it easy to compensate for the additional weight of common 4WD accessories while maintaining optimum vehicle stance and suspension performance.
Built around a heavy-duty 45 mm bore shock absorber, the Nitro Max AR45 has been designed and developed in Australia to meet the demands of harsh off-road conditions.
