With Capricorn online seminars

Capricorn says it is committed to providing constantly updated and highly detailed COVID-19 support services to its Members and Preferred Suppliers across Australia and New Zealand.
Capricorn, Australasia’s largest automotive cooperative, says it provides a range of COVID-19 business support services through its easily accessible and user-friendly online information portal known as The Workshop, available via
To ensure optimum levels of support are provided during this important time, Capricorn has added two new online seminars to The Workshop that have been produced specifically for its Members across Australia and New Zealand.
Designed so Capricorn Member businesses can ensure the best possible return to pre-COVID-19 operations and for continued growth thereafter, these online seminars provide specialised business support information presented by people who know and understand the intricacies of the automotive aftermarket industry.
The first online seminar is titled “Your Business Reboot Kit.” It is presented by Capricorn Group Chief Executive Officer, David Fraser, the highly accomplished automotive repair business co-owner and business coach Rachael Sheldrick (The Workshop Whisperer) and Capricorn Automotive Chief Executive Officer Bradley Gannon.
Capricorn says this online seminar addresses the three key objectives that all automotive workshops should be actioning to adapt and grow from the disruption this unprecedented pandemic has caused. These include the establishment of a business game plan – a strategy to preserve finances and accelerate business growth; details of key government assistance packages as normal business resumes; along with details of additional resources that are available to the industry.
Another new seminar is titled “Delivering Amazing Customer Experience.” Capricorn says this entertaining and easy to watch online seminar brings the outstanding experience of international customer service guru Shep Hyken directly to your desktop.
Initially organised to be the special guest keynote speaker for the now cancelled 2020 Capricorn Convention, Shep details how life-long customers can be created during times of crisis. This USA expert brings his renowned customer service expertise to this highly specialised seminar, which is freely available to view at The Workshop.
“We encourage our Members and Preferred Suppliers to ensure they make the most from these two online seminars along with the abundance of COVID-19 support that is available via our online information portal, The Workshop,” Capricorn Group Chief Executive Officer, David Fraser, said.
“Our goal during these highly challenging months has been to provide the maximum support possible to Capricorn Members and Preferred Suppliers across Australia and New Zealand.
“We have ensured updated information and significant business support services through all of our content at The Workshop and with the valued contributions of industry leading professionals with these two new online seminars.”
