Repco says its belts have been developed in conjunction with the world’s leading belt manufacturer

Repco says its new range of ultra-quiet serpentine and V-belts deliver greater efficiency, higher performance, and longer life across 300-part numbers covering over 9,000 vehicle applications.
It says range, quality, and performance are just the beginning; stating that advanced material technology and new product design reduces weight by an average of 15 percent and lowers bending stiffness by 35 percent.
Repco says these improvements result in reduced energy consumption and CO2 emissions.

Additionally, the belt’s improved flexibility and lighter weight reportedly makes installation easier in those tight drive spaces.
The belts are manufactured with next generation EPDM compound which is said to have a four times greater crack durability over standard synthetic rubber belts, producing a longer lasting belt.
Non-chlorinated compounds and improved manufacturing process reduce energy consumption and landfill waste by up to 30 percent, says Repco.
Repco explains that each belt is manufactured to OE exact sizing to ensure the perfect fit every time and are manufactured to meet all industry standards including SAE, DIN and JASO.
