SmartSafe says its WA613 makes wheel alignment easier than ever

The WA613 Wireless 3D Wheel Aligner from SmartSafe features a new industrial design which abandons the beam and cabinet design of traditional 3D wheel aligners.
It consists of two magnetic measurement units and four wheel clamp targets and performs four wheel alignment detection on vehicles through wireless networking communication.
The innovative machine provides an instance experience with no installation, no wiring, and no calibration required – it is ready to use right out of the box.
With no need to install beams and cabinets, it requires less space – an important feature in busy workshops.
The packaging is compact too, as the lightweight design and materials have allowed SmartSafe to significantly reduce the packaging weight and size, with a transport weight and volume of only 20-30 percent of traditional 3D four-wheel alignment machines.
Two types of wheel clamps are available – four-point wheel hub clams which are lightweight and more cost-effective, and three-point tyre clamps which do not contact the wheel hub.
Both types of wheel clamps are universal for target and the innovative wheel clamp design is lightweight, easy to operate, and convenient to carry and use.
Importantly, the measurements themselves are quick, with SmartSafe noting this aligner outputs high-precision four-wheel alignment results within 30 seconds.
The aligner is able to measure key parameters such as toe, camber, caster, kingpin inclination, and thrust angle, as well as additional measurements such as wheelbase, wheel track, axle offset, wheel offset, diagonal, centre offset, and more.
Professional test reports can be generated and data comparison before and after adjustment as well as report sharing is also available.
A ST13 intelligent connection terminal displays the measurement results and process and facilitates vehicle bottom adjustments.
The aligner is driven by a database which supports the positioning data of more than 50,000 global vehicle models.
It is suitable for use with large scissor lifts and four-post lifts, with no need to modify as the calibration units are directly magnetised to the lift during use.
