The Australian Auto Aftermarket Expo returns to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre from 4 – 6 April with the nation’s most comprehensive exhibition of vehicle repair and servicing equipment, replacement parts, tools and accessories

Co-located with the Collision Repair Expo, visitors will be able to check out a combined total of 445 exhibits over five acres of display space which will be one of the largest automotive trade events ever held in this country.
The automotive industry in Australia has changed more in the past five years than in the previous 20 and more disruption is expected.
This change is being driven by economic factors, the complexity of the car parc, changes in vehicle technology, threats from digital and e-commerce technologies, changes in industry structure and dynamics as well as the changing capabilities and needs of our workforce and customers.
With this in mind, a strong focus in our event planning has been on ensuring that Expo visitors are able to experience the latest innovative products and services in our industry as well as high quality education and networking opportunities to help you cut through some of the noise and misinformation and get authoritative advice from industry experts about what to expect, when, and how to get ready for it.
We will once again be offering an extensive range of free seminars at the Expo featuring a combination of keynote presentations and panels which will be expertly facilitated.
Seminar sessions will deliver insights and tips that can be easily implemented to help attendees future-proof their businesses. Topics include how to tune your business for tomorrow’s customer; building a more profitable business; innovation; vehicles and technology; tomorrow’s world today; the secrets to building a winning workshop team; what’s on the workshop horizon; and keeping the 21st century technician on the cutting-edge.
A full outline of the seminar topics, presenters and panellists is included on page 76 of the AAA Expo preview edition.
The Association will also again be hosting two high profile events in conjunction with the Expo, the Australian Auto Aftermarket Innovation Awards Breakfast and Australian Auto Aftermarket Excellence Awards Banquet.
Held on Thursday the 4th of April at the Crown Casino Melbourne, these events will recognise the achievements of the high performing organisations and individuals in our industry. With more than 1100 industry leaders attending the combined events, these Award presentations will be the pinnacle of the 2019 Australian Auto Aftermarket Expo and provide an unrivalled networking opportunity.
