Powerful and proven lubricants, used by NASA

The X-1R Corporation is celebrating its twenty-eighth anniversary of supplying products to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
The company reports that it is, of course, very proud of the relationship with NASA, stating that after all they are probably the most prestigious engineering organisation in the world.
Those behind X-1R explain that NASA chooses to exclusively use the X-1R range of products to lubricate its massive machines and also its entire fleet of vehicles, simply because “our products have proven to be the very best available.”

The X-1R story with NASA actually began way back in the 1990s, when the Kennedy Space Centre needed an extraordinary lubrication solution, (not yet formulated), for the heaviest lift vehicle in the world, the mammoth NASA Mobile Launch Crawler.
At that time, NASA turned to X-1R – the same company that so many successful NASCAR race teams had reportedly already discovered.
After a multi-million dollar research and development program and rigorous testing at NASA’s Kennedy Space Centre, X-1R says its lubricants “were proven to provide the best lubricants on the market and have become an integral part of NASA’s preventative maintenance program for the past 28 years.”
X-1 R Performance Products are the only lubricants ever to be inducted into the Space Technology Hall of Fame and to be Certified Space Technology products .
