TRANSGOLD RUBBER SUSPENSION BUSHES

Rubber still rules in suspension maintenance, says Transgold

When it comes to suspension repairs, Transgold says rubber remains the material of choice for most workshops.
“While polyurethane has its place in some performance or off-road builds, rubber continues to dominate the trade space,” Transgold Managing Director, Keith Yong, said.
“This is thanks to its superior NVH performance, OEM compatibility, and proven longevity.
“Rubber bushes are fitted as original equipment on virtually every passenger vehicle on the road — from mass-market hatches to premium European brands.
“That’s because rubber provides the right balance of flexibility and support.
“It isolates road noise and vibration, maintains ride quality, and doesn’t compromise the vehicle’s original handling characteristics.
“In the workshop, rubber bushes are a time-saver.
“There’s no need for greasing or regular maintenance, and they’re far more forgiving to install.
“Polyurethane might be harder wearing in extreme conditions, but it often comes with squeaks, harsher ride quality, and customer complaints about increased cabin noise.”
Transgold says it backs rubber for the same reasons workshops do: it works.
It states that its rubber suspension kits are designed for ease of fitment and are supplied vehicle-specific — one kit, one car, which means no sorting through generic parts, no guesswork.
Transgold says this ensures efficiency and keeps comebacks to a minimum.
With more than 2,500 rubber suspension part numbers, Transgold says it offers coverage for over 90 percent of the vehicles on Australian roads.
“Whether it’s a late-model Japanese sedan, a Euro SUV, or a high-mileage work ute, there’s a Transgold kit for it,” Keith said.
“All parts are manufactured to OEM-equivalent quality, with ISO:9001 or TS:16949 certification and backed by a 12-month/20,000km warranty.
“Ordering is simple too — mechanics can use Rego or VIN lookup via the Transgold website to ensure a precise match every time, with no time waiting returning products and for the right part.
“For suspension jobs that need to be done right the first time, rubber is still the smart choice — and Transgold delivers.”
