ADRAD ORGANIC COOLANT – BETTER FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
ADRAD says its coolant range benefits the environment in several ways
ADRAD’s organic formulations exclude traditional compounds like silicates, nitrites, amines, and phosphates (NAPS-free), which are notoriously detrimental to ecosystems.
Because organic inhibitors protect system metals more efficiently without aggressive breakdown, used coolant carries lower heavy metal leaching, making the fluid much safer and easier to recycle.
ADRAD’s Organic Corrosion Inhibitor Coolants provide protection for the engine and cooling system when freeze protection is not required.
The company says these products offer excellent value-for-money as one litre of concentrate can be diluted to provide up to 20L of coolant.
ADRAD claims the high water content gives it a higher heat transfer capacity than antifreeze.
At the recommended treat rate (7.5-10 percent in water), ADRAD says its Organic Corrosion Inhibitor boasts a number of environmental benefits, including: low toxicity to marine and animal life; it is readily biodegradable in its unused form; and it contributes to the protection of the environment through less frequent fluid disposal.
ADRAD says its coolants are specifically formulated to meet OE standards and requirements with cooling system protection provided for up to eight years or 250,000kms.
These products are available across Australia and are supported by ADRAD’s national warranty and distribution network.
