COLLISION REPAIR EXPO CONTINUES TO IMPRESS

The leading industry trade show for the smash repair sector was a must attend event for all workshops

The 2022 Collision Repair Expo brought together the best of the collision and repair industry under one roof at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
The Expo, co-located with the Australian Auto Aftermarket Expo, featured the nation’s most comprehensive exhibition of body finishing materials, crash repair equipment and tools all in one location.
The collision repair segment of the Australian automotive aftermarket industry is constantly dealing with emerging technologies and repair techniques along with new and exotic materials.
With this in mind, a strong focus in the event’s planning was on ensuring that visitors were able to experience the latest innovative products and services in the industry as well as high quality education and networking opportunities.
With the theme ’The Future of Collision Repair is Here’, and debuting a range of fantastic new initiatives and features, the Expo was an unmissable event.
Visitors saw the latest collision repair equipment, body finishing materials, tools and accessories, new technology and trends.
In addition to viewing the industry’s best products and talking to Australia’s finest suppliers, repairers were also able to attend valuable seminars designed to help grow their businesses.
For the first time, the Expo incorporated a stand-alone seminar stage on the CRE show floor, which delivered a free comprehensive training and education program sponsored by I-CAR and displayed incredible live demonstrations from the onsite Lowbake Spray Booth via a big screen.
The show was sponsored by SAPE Group, a leading Australian distributor for Glasurit and Baslac paints for BASF Australia and also supplies a vast array of collision repair equipment and consumables to vehicle repair facilities around Australia.
SAPE joined with more than 80 top Australian and international brands exhibiting at the Collision Repair Expo.
