INTRODUCING ZENITH Z7

An automotive diagnostic scan tool for cars and trucks

Mount Auto Equip Services is proud to introduce the all-new Zenith Z7 to the Australian and New Zealand markets.
The company states that the Zenith Z7 represents the latest in innovation in wireless multi brand bi-directional automotive diagnostic scan tool technology, and promises to redefine the way you work on vehicles.
It has been manufactured in Korea by EZDS, engineered in Japan, and is backed by the same locally based support team which has been behind the G scan 1, 2, 3 and Zenith Z5 diagnostic scan tool models here in Oceania since 2009.
“Continuing on with the best ongoing quality assured diagnostic program, the Zenith Z7 delivers the same trusted, high end, advanced universal OE level software, with decades of domestic diagnostic experience,” Mount Auto Equip Services’ Ben Hanson, said.
“The ‘all in one’ Oceania software package is exactly that, including all advanced software capabilities combined, such as ADAS calibrations, J2534 Pass Thru, Electric and Hybrid HV battery functions (SOH, SOC) and Security Gateway Access.
“The Zenith Z7 is a world class, premium quality, ruggedised 10.1” FHD industrial tablet made in Korea, featuring EZDS’ unparalleled diagnostic software program familiar to the Australian/New Zealand market for over 15 years.
“Driven by a fast, powerful 2.2GHz octa-core processor for optimum performance, speed and efficiency in the workshop, it truly is a result of engineering excellence.”
The Zenith Z7 is not just a scan tool, explains Mount Auto Equip Services.

“With its cutting-edge features and slick design, the Zenith Z7 enhances your business, improving productivity and speed while adding to your bottom line on early models to the latest 2024MY cars, light commercial and heavy duty vehicles when it comes to diagnostics,” Ben said.

“Crafted with precision and attention to detail, the Z7 is a result of two decades of dedication to the automotive industry which strengthens any workshop, adding a touch of expertise to a business and elevating your technical skill level to new heights.”
The Zenith Z7 features the Android 11 operating system for fast and easy menu selection, quick boot up, multi-tasking, fast networking and enhanced security and boasts the latest tablet features including NFC and AI which will also combine during operation to help optimise the user experience.
“The Zenith Z7 is a professional, workshop friendly device which provides a crystal clear, field optimised display in bright sunlight conditions,” Ben said.
“The user-friendly operating system allows you to utilise OEM website login portals via the browser as required and to instantly switch between apps or sites for code calculators, security gateway access accounts (for example, FCA), information and so on.
“With advanced graphing, recording and logging of vehicle data analysis, fast vehicle electronic glitches can be monitored and captured, recorded, saved and reviewed, or quickly passed onto a customer for fast approval to repair.”
The Zenith Z7 supports 12v and 24v vehicles with Bi-Directional functionality to perform functions such as key programming, DPF regeneration, injector pilot learning, steering angle calibration and electronic park brake service mode. Also offered are automatic transmission re-learning functions, module coding and programming, HV battery functions on electric and hybrid models, and much more.
Adding to all this, the Zenith Z7 also features fast Topology all system scan ability, wireless connectivity from the Z7 tablet to VCi module via the latest Bluetooth technology, internal support for the latest vehicle protocols including CAN FD and DoIP, ADAS calibration software, and advanced J2534 Pass Thru ability for OEM diagnostic and programming software.
You can also boost your Z7 with accessories such as multi-meter, oscilloscope, data logging ability, or add information from Haynes Pro Workshop Data subscriptions for cars and/or trucks.
Meanwhile, the Smart update system allows the user to remain up to date very easily using a Wi-Fi connection, and files can be printed or shared via Bluetooth easily.
The user can also provide feedback online via the Log Data function for software modification requests or added functions if required.

Further, the professional Pre/Post scan diagnostic report function provides for intuitively designed time and date stamped diagnostic reports to be created quickly and effortlessly, including workshop and customer details, diagnostic trouble codes, saved data analysis image files, camera images, personalised notes, workshop logo and more.
These reports can be saved, emailed or wirelessly printed straight from the car in just seconds.

“It includes fast access to Service function menus and Auto selections, personalisation of the menu layout, remote assistance and support, all backed by the same professional, local technical support team to help and assist.
“The Zenith Z7 represents the future of automotive diagnostics, a future where accuracy, reliability, efficiency, and speed converge to create a truly exceptional diagnostic experience.
