NAPA AUTO PARTS CONTINUES TO SUPPORT JETT JOHNSON

Jett has stepped up to the Dunlop Super2 Series for 2024

NAPA Auto Parts says it is pleased to confirm its continued support of Jett Johnson and his rise through the Australian Supercars ranks.
Jett will step up to the Dunlop Super2 Series category, competing with AIM Motorsport in an ex-Tickford Racing Gen2 Mustang.
The new drive is another step in his rise through the motorsport system. Jett won the 2022 TA Muscle Car Series before taking second place in last year’s Dunlop Super3 Series driving a Nissan Altima.
In 2024, Jett returns to a Ford – the brand that is synonymous with his family’s amazing legacy – and is excited about the season ahead.
Jett will be part of a two-car Mustang team under AIM Motorsport, with Zane Morse driving the second car. Renowned engineer Erik Pender will tune Johnson’s Mustang each race weekend.
“It’s great to continue my motorsport journey with NAPA Auto Parts into the Dunlop Super2 Series,” Jett said.
“Last year was terrific to learn the circuits in a Supercar, understand how to get the most out of the tyre in qualifying and really prepare myself for the next step into Super2.
“It’s a big step, but it’s a challenge that I’m ready for.
“This simply isn’t possible without the support of Titan Caravans, NAPA Auto Parts, all of my other partners and of course my family. They have my back and I’m really excited for the 2024 season.”
GPC Asia Pacific Executive General Manager – Marketing, Mitch Wiley, said NAPA Auto Parts is proud to continue its support of Jett into the Super2 category.
“This will be the third year that we have teamed up with Jett as his climbs his way through the motorsport ranks, and we can see that he is starting to make his own mark on the sport,” Mitch said.
“Jett is a perfect fit for the NAPA Auto Parts Motorsport Academy, and we look forward to bringing academy members more content and more support during the 2024 season.”
Jett’s #117 will also carry support from new motorsport sponsor Titan Caravans, a Queensland family-owned and operated business, as well as Shell V-Power, Pirtek and other long-term partners.
“Titan Caravan’s Australia is proud to be supporting Jett on his motorsport journey alongside his other blue chip sponsors in 2024 and beyond,” Titan Caravans Australia Managing Director, James Creswick, said.
“My family has had a strong interest and following in Australian motorsports for many years, and to be able to support Team Johnson along with the Johnson family is a true honour and privilege.
“The whole Titan team is really looking forward to cheering Jett on this year and many years to come!”
Jett’s rise has great synergies for NAPA Auto Parts, which will enter its fourth year providing the NAPA Motorsport Academy to aspiring stars.
The free service offers tuition, guidance and best practices for all grassroots racers. The academy is free and available for all racers to sign up to.
