SEMINARS DRIVE WORKSHOP SUCCESS

The Workshop Whisperer presented on two topics at the Australian Auto Aftermarket Expo

Rachael Evans, who says she is Australia and New Zealand’s number one Auto Repair Shop Business Coach, took to the stage twice at the recent Australian Automotive Aftermarket Association’s first Expo since 2019.
After nearly three years of delivering exclusively online events, Rachael was excited for the opportunity to deliver two compelling sessions as part of the Australian Auto Aftermarket Expo’s Seminar Series.
Rachael’s first seminar was ‘The Five Steps To Workshop Success’ presentation. As a business coach who has actually owned and operated her own fixed and mobile automotive workshops, Rachael’s coaching strategies are said to be not just inspirational, but also practical, realistic and have shown proven success with her client base.
Her second seminar of the afternoon was on ‘The Key To Improving Customer Service In The Auto Repair Industry.’ Demonstrating that she’s capable of implementing wins for both her clients and their customers, Rachael took the crowd through the five key principles to improving customer service, and how those principles ultimately improve profit, total sales, and overall bottom line in your business.
Rachael’s automotive coaching business, The Workshop Whisperer, is in its eighth year of operation. She explains that in that time she has helped hundreds of clients see real, positive change in their businesses, including cashflow, top line, team culture and work/life balance.
