Dale Durden joined CoolDrive on the 4th of April, based at the Acacia Ridge (Queensland) branch

CoolDrive Auto Parts has appointed industry veteran, Dale Durden, to the role of General Manager – Sales.
Dale has joined CoolDrive from Capricorn where he spent more than 14 years in senior management positions, most recently as its Head of Sales and Supply in Australia.
“We are thrilled to welcome Dale to the CoolDrive family,” CoolDrive Auto Parts Chief Executive Officer, John Blanchard, said.
“We have known Dale for many years, not just from his time at Capricorn but also in his previous industry roles. He is a proven leader, a real go-getter with unmatched industry and sales experience in Australia.”
As General Manager – Sales, Dale is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day sales of CoolDrive’s 36 branches across Australia and New Zealand and will work with other departments to ensure CoolDrive’s continual success. Dale will also liaise closely with the Marketing team, where Jock Harris remains as CoolDrive’s General Manager – Marketing.
“With CoolDrive’s continual growth and expansion, we deemed it necessary to split the Sales and Marketing General Manager roles to best achieve the company’s strategic objectives and goals,” John said.
“This strengthening of our senior management team is incredibly important to ensure that CoolDrive is well-placed for the future – and we know that we are in the best hands with Dale and Jock.”
