Dayco, a leading engine products and drive systems manufacturer for the automotive, heavy duty and industrial market segments, has introduced another comprehensive product range specifically for the Australian and New Zealand automotive aftermarket.
Four new silicone hose product range expansions are offered to the market in varying IDs and lengths to cover most application requirements.

Turbo Hose – Aramid Reinforced Nomex
Dayco Aramid-Reinforced Turbo Hose is commonly used in the following applications: air intake connections, supercharger connections, hot side turbo and intercooler connections, radiator or heater core connections or virtually any application where high temperatures or extreme working conditions exist.
This type of CAC hose is also used in aerospace applications, performance motors and vehicles, marine wet-exhaust, commercial truck and bus induction and cooling systems, agricultural and off-highway vehicles and turbo diesel applications.

90° Universal Hose Bend – Silicone 
Dayco Elbow Silicone Hoses are commonly used for air intake connections, supercharger connections, cold side turbo and intercooler connections, radiator or heater core connections or virtually any application where high temperatures or extreme working conditions exist. Also used in aerospace applications, performance motors and vehicles, marine wet-exhaust, commercial truck and bus induction and cooling systems, agricultural and off-highway vehicles and turbo diesel applications.  

45° Universal Hose Bend – Silicone 
Dayco Elbow Silicone Hoses are commonly used in the following applications: air intake connections, supercharger connections, cold side turbo and intercooler connections, radiator or heater core connections or virtually any application where high temperatures or extreme working conditions exist. Used in aerospace applications, performance motors and vehicles, marine wet-exhaust, commercial truck and bus induction and cooling systems, agricultural and off-highway vehicles, all turbo diesel applications, food and beverage connections and general manufacturing industries worldwide.
The above three products all have the following features and benefits:
• Five Ply Silicone – Polyester Reinforcement – 70 Durometer
• Recommended working temperatures: -53.9°C to +176.6°C.
• Resistant to electrochemical degradation.
• Meets and exceeds all performance and physical criteria of SAE J20 R1, SAE J20 R1 H.T. Class A, TMC RP303B Grade I and Grade II, Mil Spec A-A-52426 and other heavy-duty OEM specifications.
• Excellent ozone and UV resistance.

Charge Air Cooler Hose – Heavy Duty
Commonly used in turbo, supercharger or intercooler connections or virtually any air-to-air application where high temperatures or extreme working conditions exist.
This product works well for offset piping connections or where extreme vibration or lateral movement exists, offering a superior connection between engine mounted charge air system components in truck and bus induction systems, performance vehicles, agricultural machinery, off-highway vehicles and aerospace applications.
Features and Benefits:
• Four Ply woven Aramid Silicone Hose (Oxide Red)
• Aramid temperature range -50° to +230°C
• Four Ply Silicone Polyester reinforced configuration (Blue)
• Silicone temperature range -50° to +177°C
• Black CAC Hose has a Fluorocarbon liner for increased petrochemical combustion residue resistance.
• Stainless Steel retention rings
• Excellent Ozone and UV resistance.
• Convoluted design retains flexibility in hostile engine environments.
• Meets and exceeds all performance and physical criteria of SAE J20 R1, SAE J20 R1 H.T. Class A, TMC RP303B Grade I and Grade II, Mil Spec A-A-52426 and various other heavy-duty OEM specifications.
• Oxide Red for Hot side and Blue for cold side applications.
