NEW JOINT VENTURE LAUNCHED BY CAPRICORN AND REPAIRIFY

An innovative new joint venture will deliver advanced automotive remote diagnostic services to repairers

Capricorn Society Limited (Capricorn) and Repairify Australia Holdings Pty Ltd (Repairify) have entered into a joint venture agreement that will deliver advanced automotive remote diagnostic services to repairers across Australia and New Zealand.
Capricorn says the joint venture is an integral part of its commitment to provide the highest levels of support to over 25,000 Member businesses, helping them to be best equipped with connected technology to professionally deal with modern vehicle servicing across the vast and ever changing Australian and New Zealand car parc.
Repairify meanwhile explains that it provides market leading remote automotive diagnostic services across North and South America, Canada and Europe, with strong long term relationships across a wide range of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM). With the goal of pushing all boundaries to stay at the forefront of innovation, Repairify says this joint venture with Capricorn further solidifies this commitment.
Capricorn and Repairify each have a 50 percent ownership of this joint venture, which will be branded as “Repairify” and distributed across Australia and New Zealand by Capricorn as a Capricorn Preferred Supplier.
Both companies are looking forward to introducing innovative products and services that address the diagnostic and repair requirements of the automotive aftermarket with the aim of ensuring vehicles are repaired and returned to the road safely.
While Capricorn Members will gain significant benefits from this new joint venture, it is important to note that all Repairify products and services will also be available to all automotive aftermarket workshops across Australia and New Zealand, regardless of whether they are a Capricorn Member.
Capricorn and Repairify state this clearly outlines the total commitment of both companies to best support the industry as a whole towards a stronger future.
This exciting joint venture allows Capricorn and Repairify to leverage their well proven and long-term industry strengths.
Repairify brings its patented technology, OEM relationships and experience with advanced remote automotive diagnostic services, while Capricorn brings almost five decades of Australian and New Zealand automotive aftermarket knowledge, sales and relationship management, payment solutions and its constantly growing Member base across both countries.
