Aeroflow Performance explains that the Ford nine-inch differential has long been an industry standard when it comes to strength and reliability when handling high payloads or high horsepower in street and racing conditions.
Since this is not going to change any time soon, Aeroflow Performance states it has added a range of nine-inch differential crown wheel and pinion sets with gear ratios including 3.25:1, 3.50:1, 3.70:1, 3.89: and 4.11:1 which it says will suit most applications.
Aeroflow says its street performance ring and pinion Ford nine-inch differential gears are strong but quiet performers.
They have been manufactured from 8620 grade steel to handle some of the harshest conditions.
Further, they have been designed with a gear tooth surface finish which reduces both friction and heat for long races and high torque conditions.
Aeroflow Performance explains that it uses high grade steel in both the ring and pinion gears, with fitment designed to OEM specs.
Further, it offers these in a 28-spline pinion with the previously mentioned gear ratios to suit a variety of applications.
