TECALLIANCE INTRODUCES GLOBAL CODE OF CONDUCT

The code is based on the company’s values

TecAlliance, a leading expert for data management and processes in the independent automotive aftermarket, has adopted a Code of Conduct that applies to all locations and subsidiaries worldwide as of January 2023.
With this set of rules, the company is setting an example for transparency, quality and sustainability.
“With the publication of the Code of Conduct, we are taking the next logical and sensible step towards becoming a sustainable company. This makes it clear that we take our social responsibility as a global player seriously,” TecAlliance Chief Executive Officer, Jürgen Buchert, said.
The Code of Conduct provides TecAlliance employees with a clear set of rules on the essential topics of social interaction in everyday work, occupational safety and environmental protection, and data protection.
It also covers dealing with gifts and invitations, avoiding corruption and bribery, non-discrimination, and responding to indications of unethical behaviour.
The guidelines give orientation and security in their daily business life in an increasingly complex and challenging working environment.
They show how TecAlliance deals with possible questions that may arise or difficult situations concerning business practices or dealings with colleagues, shareholders, and business partners.
The code is based on the company values that have been defined in order to make TecAlliance a driving force in the digitisation of the entire automotive aftermarket, ie: One Team, Customer Centricity, Entrepreneurial Thinking, Innovation and Result Driven.
