Customers left smiling after track experience at Albert Park

PETRONAS Lubricants International Australia (PLIA) customers were treated to an exciting weekend of entertainment at the recent Australian Grand Prix at Melbourne’s Albert Park.
Participants included members of PLIA’s channel partners and distributors’ network, as well as some of its automotive aftermarket workshop clients.
“We had a fantastic weekend in Melbourne, and our customers were super enthusiastic about all five of the ‘money can’t buy’ events we ran over the course of three days; all of which went exceptionally well,” PLI Australia CEO/ Country Head, Amarpreet Singh Ahuja (Amar), said.
The package included three days of grandstand tickets and a garage tour with the AMG Petronas Formula One team.
“This was an extraordinary experience to see the garage up close and understand the contribution of PETRONAS Lubricants to the race and how our engineers work closely with the team,” Amar said.
Another customer engagement activity activation included a dinner at Society restaurant on the Saturday night, with a private chef experience included.
Also on the Saturday evening was an exclusive question and answer session with AMG Petronas Mercedes Formula One driver, George Russell.
The event lasted for two hours in total, including a 40-minute Q&A session, and provided a unique opportunity to PETRONAS’ customers to interact with a F1 driver. The event was wrapped up with a group photo with George, which will be a proud possession for PETRONAS’ valued customers for the years to come.
