How to integrate RedVision Monitoring into your Dual Battery System build

Basic monitoring
REDARC’s Smart Battery Monitor provides simple and accurate battery level tracking through the RedVision app.
Up to five times more accurate than the leading competitor, REDARC says its Smart Battery Monitor puts state of charge, time remaining, and current flow at your fingertips.
For those who prefer a physical display, REDARC’s new RedVision Essentials Display pairs with the Smart Battery Monitor to become a fuel gauge for your battery.
Working seamlessly with or without a phone, the RedVision Essentials Display shows battery level and charge source all on a physical, hardwired display.
When paired with a BCDC Alpha or Manager Alpha, the Smart Battery Monitor or RedVision Essentials Display can activate Start Battery Recovery, to back-charge a flat start battery in just 15 minutes.

Advanced monitoring
With the Smart Battery Monitor, REDARC explains you can take monitoring further with real-time charger insights, including charging source, mode, stage, and what’s currently powering your devices through a BCDC Alpha R or Manager Alpha.
These chargers communicate directly to the included Smart Battery Monitor to provide a more complete look over your dual battery system.
Manager Alpha comes standard with a RedVision Pro Display, unlocking the ability for system control when paired with a TVMS Module.

Advanced monitoring and control
To add switching control plus tank level and temperature monitoring, you will need a TVMS Rogue or TVMS Prime. What you monitor and control will depend on the TVMS Module you have.
TVMS Rogue brings smart, centralised control to compact setups. At just 25mm thick with built-in smart fuses, REDARC says it is ideal for managing onboard lighting, including both dimmable and physical switches, and more accurate water tank monitoring.
TVMS Prime is built for bigger, high-powered systems, giving you the freedom to run more devices at once with up to 80A total current. With 11 outputs including 30A, 10A and a dedicated inverter channel, and monitoring for up to six tanks and temps, it gives you greater visibility and control across your entire setup.
