REDARC introduces new REDLAB Icon Slim

Small on space, but big on power, REDARC says its new REDLAB Icon Slim Slimline Lithium Batteries are built to give touring and tradie setups the juice they need, in a sleek, slim form factor.
The Icon Slim range is available in two sizes: the 100Ah is just 62mm slim while the 200Ah measures only 83mm deep.
REDARC says that slim design makes them easier to handle, easier to install, and easier to fit into tight spaces, like behind seats, under floors, inside canopies, or anywhere space is limited.
When it comes to installation, each Icon Slim battery comes with mounting brackets as standard and can be installed in a range of orientations.
They also feature two power buttons and are provided with a one-metre remote on/off switch cable for safer and easier installation, storage, transport, and access.
Even with their slim size, REDARC says they deliver serious power for fridges, lights, tools, and other gear, so you don’t have to choose between storage space or power again.
If you need more power, Icon Slim batteries can be connected in either series or parallel to increase system voltage or capacity, perfect for larger setups.
Capable of delivering more than 6,000 charge cycles, REDARC says they are built to last, noting that equates to one charge cycle every day for 16 years.
The company says you can get the most out of your batteries by pairing the Icon100 Slim with an up to 1200-watt inverter, or the Icon200 Slim with an up to 2000-watt inverter, to run devices from home or the workshop.
REDLAB Icon Slim batteries also feature a built-in LED battery gauge, so you can quickly check your battery level on the go.
Pair an Icon Slim battery with compatible RedVision enabled REDARC products to unlock charge level, voltage, current, and temperature monitoring, all from your phone.
Designed for changing conditions, Icon Slim batteries feature built-in heating pads allowing them to charge and discharge in temperatures down to -20C.
